Mantras Do They Stil Work?

Before we go any further, I have a confession to make and a definite conflict of interest, I’m not writing this series of blogs for click bait or for views both will be great, but from a young age I became influenced by a few books The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peel was one of them and as a delusional spiritualist I have gained many outcomes through Affirmation or Mantras.

So what’s the difference between a Mantra and an affirmation?

Well a Mantra is ordained by God (that’s God with a capital G) and an Affirmation is eartly humanoid imagined statement, so guess what’s got more God juice behind it! The truth is both work, traditionally Mantra’s were assumed to emanate from Buddhist and Hindu literature but in truth all major and minor religions have them, after all God wants to be heard doesn’t she?

So moving forward I will interchange and use both Mantra or Affirmations as I will as they are the same thing. Also I keep forgetting how many Fs to put in Affirmation FFs.

Mantras are potent words and phrases you repeat as you breathe, relax, and focus on the sound of the words. They can be in any language Mantras are also used as a tool for meditation and are said to have many benefits.

A few of these benefits include a more focused mind, engaging your vagus nerve, and scientifically proven effects on your mind and body. In addition, many people become more centered due to taking up the practice and find they feel happier and more successful. The term for that is more mindful or mindfulness.

They Focus Your Mind

Mantras work by helping to focus the mind. Repeating a mantra helps still the mind’s chatter and allows you to focus on the present moment – leading you to a deeper meditative state which benefits your mental and physical health.

The power of mantras is based on the power of sound. When you recite a mantra, you create vibrations that powerfully affect your mind and body. These vibrations can help break through obstacles, remove negative thoughts and feelings, and bring about positive changes in your life.

Mantras are also believed to be effective because they are often based on ancient, sacred texts passed down for generations. This means that they have been tested and have proven their efficacy over time.

Anyone Can Use Them

If you want to try using mantras in your own life, it is vital to choose one that resonates with you deeply. Consider what you want the outcome to be (what you want to achieve) and then choose a mantra to help you reach your goals.

There are many different mantras available and you can even write your own, so it is essential to take some time to explore your options before making a decision. Once you have found a mantra that feels right for you, commit to using it regularly. The more you use your mantra, the more powerful it will become.

Mantras can help focus the mind, aid in relaxation, and create feelings of wellbeing and peace –allowing you to focus on what’s important. It’s an effective way to get yourself and your emotions on track for success and happiness.

Mantras are an effective tool for self-transformation. Repeating a positive mantra can program your mind to focus on positive thoughts and emotions. This can help change your attitude and outlook on life, enabling you to make better choices and decisions due to acting with purpose instead of reacting to everything in your life.

If you want to improve your meditation practice or make positive changes in your life, give mantras a try. Even if you don’t typically meditate, having a mantra you use while washing dishes, taking a walk, and doing other mundane activities will take that activity to a new level of helpfulness. As mentioned, you can even write your own mantras, or use one already created that is said to have more power due to being around since ancient times.
