All you need is 1 an imagination, 2 the ability to concentrate for 10 minutes 3 Emotional intelligence you want to get rid of your headaches without the use of drugs.
So let’s begin imagine if you will an ocean a blue green sea calm with the waves lapping and you are swimming lazily floating gliding along slowly floating in time with the waves, feeling the water as it gently caresses your back and perhaps your sides. The water is warm, and warming your skin as it touches glides across your skin and as you dive gently deeper, the water becomes slightly cooler just cool enough to feel comfortable and yet you can still experience the warmth comforting calming effect that is sending you into a relaxed relaxing state and you allow the energy of the waves to gently allow you to glide along expending no energy yourself painlessly effortlessly floating along.

You don’t have to right now but when you feel you can start to use your imagination and allow images to come and go in the water above around let them come and let them go perhaps it will help to breathe in time to the images as they come and go deeper, deeper slower relaxed at peace, watching, seeing, observing everything and everyone around you….

Any and all previous discomfort unease pain you felt is fading away now as refreshing invigorating energising colder currents envelope you again gently caressing calming you as you are near the bottom drifting with the currents passing other thoughts fish sea creatures all oblivious to you, you are safe and calm….. here no one can see you.
Once you reach the bottom allow yourself to be buried into the warm warming sand. Bliss… and as you drift along being carried by gentle cooler currents you pass by sea corals look around you see what you see and if you listen carefully hear the soothing calming loving sounds of the sea and realise that you can also sense and feel at the bottom of the sea.
Now as you are drifting along savouring the experience taking delight at the coolness and freshness of this new experience just for a moment more just enjoy the feel of the minty coolness…calmness.

And in a short while you will begin to resurface taking with you the feeling of coolness calmness pain free absorbing all the nutrients from the bottom of the sea and releasing all negativity that you previously had and as you rise you energy become more aware of your surroundings and as you come back to normality realise that at any time you had a head ache or pain you can simply jump into the sea, the sea of peace it does not matter if you can or can’t swim as you will be shuttled in a bubble of air protecting you like bubble wrap and as you go deeper you will become cooler and as you rise back to the surface you will gain more and more unique resources changing every time you enter the sea, the see of your mind…
